Hydrodynamic design for optimum collection efficiency Creation of Ideal Filter Efficiency Via Hydro-Dynamical Design
  • A hydrodynamic design maximises product safety and efficiency in removing oil dust and vapours.
  • An aluminium-alloy die-cast turbofan is used to reduce the idle weight and start-up load, thereby increasing the suction efficiency and significantly reducing the frictional resistance noise generated at the discharge port.
  • it can be installed in tight spaces, and the flexible arm that moves freely can be placed near the source of oil dust and fumes to eliminate the oil dust and fumes, thus improving the health and work efficiency of workers.
High efficiency filter system
  • Three-piece filter structure seamlessly removes fumes and dust.
  • Sliding structure makes filter replacement easy.
  • The collection efficiency has been maximised by placing it close to the source of oil generation and collecting the oil locally.
  • An impregnated activated carbon filter is fitted to provide additional odor removal.
  • Demister filter : Captures coarse particles larger than 5μm.
  • Dry Pack Filter : As an expanded surface filter based on the principle of maximising the coverage area, it collects large quantities of oily dust thanks to its low pressure drop, which allows a uniform and precise airflow.
  • HEPA filter [option] : Equipped with a HEPA filter capable of removing up to 99.97% of fine dust with a particle size of 0.3 μm, it can purify the air in the workplace.
Digital differential pressure measurement control system
  • Equipped with a highly functional, stabilised digital instrumentation control system, which digitally integrates the solenoid valve timer and analogue pressure gauge, a pressure differential indicator
  • By Digitally changing the pressure differential display at the front and rear of the filter, the key for filter replacement can be more clearly determined, the total operating hours can be displayed, and the valve can be manually operated if necessary
