Fluid dynamic design maximises product safety and collection efficiency
The aluminium alloy turbo fan is used to reduce the idle weight and start-up load, thereby increasing the suction efficiency and significantly reducing the frictional resistance noise generated at the discharge port.
The sliding method, which makes filter replacement convenient, is used to enable installation in tight spaces.
The flexible arm, which can move freely, can be placed close to the source of the fumes to eliminate the fumes, thus improving the health and work efficiency of the workers.
The outlet is directed upwards to prevent dust being spread on the floor. - Fitted with wheels for easy transport.
High efficiency filter system
Three-piece filter structure seamlessly removes fumes and dust.
Demister Filter / Primary Filter : Filters sparks and coarse particles that may have been introduced during welding along with the welding fume. The filter media is made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean and even reuse, reducing costs.
Impregnated Carbon Filter / Secondary Filter : It has great strength and a high adsorption rate of pollutants and is not easily weathered, which means it does not cause secondary contamination. Strong against acidity and alkalinity, and capable of eliminating odours at the same time.
HEPA Filter / Tertiary Filter : It purifies the air in the workplace by removing up to 99.97 % of fine dust with a particle size of 0.3 μm.
Turbo Fan
Aluminum alloy is used to reduce the idle weight and start a load, thus increasing the absorption force, and electronic balancing with the mold has achieved zero vibration and low noise.
Eliminates vibration caused by dirt squeezed between or stuck to the fan blades during use
Digital differential pressure measurement control system
Equipped with the first dust collector controller in Korea that has the function to flexibly control ON/OFF of the ON/OFF of the fan motor according to the condition of the filter.
- The pressure difference at the front and back of the filter can be displayed in a digital format for accurate identification of the filter replacement time.
